The Lower Level is conceived as the home’s ultimate relaxation space, expansive enough to bring everyone together, yet carefully divided so each experience feels intentional. The large Family Room forms the social heart, with generous seating and a full Wet Bar that keeps refreshments and conversation close at hand.
Beyond it, a private Lounge offers a quieter, more intimate setting for a drink, a book, or unhurried conversation. A separate Game Room gives pool, cards, and friendly competition a room of their own, containing the energy and sound of play. Together, these spaces let family and friends connect, retreat, and recharge, all on one level, without one activity taking over the rest.
